Welcome to the AgentService Documentation Website. This is a wiki website mantained by the staff and the developers of the AgentService project. This site contains the reference documentation about all the components of the AgentService Framework and provides support either for framework end users or developers.
The index is organized into two main sections: Framework Users and Developers. The first section contains all what you need to use AgentService as a framework to implement and run a Multi-Agent System, while the second section contains more detailed information about the internal structure of the components of the framework and various implementation issues.
Each section is then divided into the following categories:
- AgentService : this category covers the framework in general and the AgentService platform in particular
- APX : this category covers the Agent Programming eXtensions (APX) which are an experimental project aimed at defining extensions to the C# language in order to introduce the key concept of the AgentService framework into the language and simplify the development of agents
- Additional Components : this category mantains all the reference documentation about the additional components of the framework like designers, user interfaces, and other stuff.
From this page you can access all the available documentation for the framework. There are also some PDF documents available for download; these documents contain the same information but they are not as frequently updates as the wiki.
