Communication guidelines
The AgentService staff is also the mantainer of the classified mailboxes. Here
are some simple rules that every mail-user should follow:
1. If you need to enquire about a specific issue of either AgentService
either APX, please use the corresponding email address.
2. Question answered in the FAQ section will not be answered by mail.
3. Do not use classified mailboxes for any purpose different from the
subject they cover.
4. Please specify with few words in the subject of the message the topic
of the communication/question.
